Would like to highly recommend Extreme Construction & Painting Inc. I own a brownstone house in Brooklyn Heights. I luckily discovered Hossain and his company several years ago and have been using his services ever since. He has done work both inside and outside of my house. Last year the outside of the house needed a complete paint job. Since the house is a corner house, this was a big job and everything was done perfectly. The weather was very hot, but his men came every day, despite the heat. The job was done well and in good time. Hossein knows all the ins and outs of the Landmarks “red tape.” This is no small feat. In this neighborhood, everything must be approved before any work is done. Hossain was able to file all the necessary paperwork and got the approval in a very short period of time. He is fairly priced and sticks to his original quote. Unless there was some unforeseen issue, there is never any additional money charged at the end of the job. He and his workmen are honest and courteous, and I have never been concerned about leaving them in the house alone if I can’t be here. Hossein is always a phone call away and responds quickly to any calls made to him. A couple of weeks ago my husband was putting in a new air conditioner and he was unable to open the window, as it was painted shut. We called Hossein and he came right over and helped to open the window. We know we can depend on him to help in time of need. Our co-op brownstone was badly in need of repairs. Pieces over the front door cornice were breaking off, a hazardous condition, and one of the window cornices was breaking away. The facade itself looked neglected and discolored and the back of the building needed repainting and one of the windows was leaking. While we got estimates from a few contractors for both a partial and a complete renovation, we felt that Hossain’s bid was most reasonable and allowed us to affordably do the job. Hossain was prompt and polite and easy to contact during the process. His crew was equally polite and hard working. Hossain and his crew did a thorough and professional job and their results were easily comparable to other more expensive jobs done on other brownstones in the neighborhood. We set out thinking we couldn’t afford such a professional and thorough job but learned otherwise.

My experience with Extreme Construction & Painting Inc. was exceptional. Beams needed replacing and access was done through the floor of a rental unit. This extensive repair required dismantling of the kitchen and bathroom fixtures and replacement of the flooring. The work was done within the time frame and cost given in the proposal. I was kept informed of any issues and work progress throughout the entire process. Clean up was well done when job was completed. I would use Extreme Construction & Painting Inc. again if needed and would recommend them for their professionalism, knowledge, and timeliness of work performed.
